So we were in the weight room and my friends and I agreed that we all needed to work on our core and our abs. Jaden said that she wanted an six pack, (who wouldn't) so we are going to work on that. I also think that improving my core strength would help in many things like general balance.
Yeah who wouldn't want a six pack haha, I like how you not only narrowed it down to core and general things like balance. Do you have any videos or links of the workouts you plan to do?
