A while ago, I think over a week, we did the pond run. I was proud of the fact that I never walked during the running portion although I do think that I started to fast. I was sooo exhausted after. I always tried to be positive and energetic. I had fun and I look forward to doing it again.
YAY! Congrats on not walking. Learning to pace different activities for your ability is key to getting the most out of it. Takes practice. Keep it up.
