Today we did a fitness video. I think that the video would have been really hard if it didn't keep stopping to buffer. Although the different exercises were really good. When we did the planks where you had to hold your arms at an angle, I felt like I was going to pass out! And don't get me started on the half burpies! I was so sore the next morning. Overall, I think it was a good workout.
Totally. My shoulders were so tired from the plank thing. :) Sore today is strong tomorrow. Keep it up!
