Another grueling fitness day
Today we did a really hard, and fast-paced workout. What we had to do is grab a partner and while they were in the gym doing one of 20 workouts, like planks push ups and x-country running, you had to run out into the hub, up and down the stairs, and back into the hub. Then you and your partner switched. It sounds simple but after about 20 minutes you want to quit. But there's now way I was doing that! My legs were burning and I was breathing really hard, but I kept going. Both Jaden and I had our "I feel like throwing up" faces on most of the time. But I'm sure tomorrow I'll feel fantastic!
